Dockside dining at its best. We’d love for you to joins us for a bite to eat in our newly revamped Bar & Grill. It’s best to come by and see for yourselves, but for now imagine… warm golden, green and red colours to complement the luxury feel of the Bar & Grill, intimate booth seating, exposed brickwork for an industrial feel and high ceilings with a splash of local artwork capturing everything that makes the city so special.

Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors link the bar and terrace areas allowing the inside to flow onto our beautiful outdoor space. Perfect for drinks or dining and an all-day sun trap, where better to watch the sunset over the Mersey!With the addition of a Josper Grill, we will be serving up serious flavour with a side of theatre.

The famous grill allows steaks, meat dishes, burgers, and fish to be cooked to perfection over charcoal. The main event will be our selection of British, grass fed, dry aged steaks all cooked on the Josper adding the signature fiery and rich flavour Malmaison Bar & Grill is famous for. View all menus on our website and choose 2 courses from our Prix Fixe menu for just £20 and try to leave room for pud, as you can get three courses for £25, you can also add a glass of house wine or bottle of beer for £3.50!
