Nestled in the historic Exchange Flags, Fazenda Liverpool offers a unique dining experience in the city's cultural capital. It's rich interiors create the perfect space to enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and premium wines from their temperature-controlled cellar in an eye-catching bar. At it's core is the historic culinary roots derived from gaúchos in the Pampas of Southern Brazil.

They pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open flamed pits, and Fazenda's gaúcho chefs (Passadores) replicate this Churrasco way of cooking meats in the way it has been done for centuries, preserving the interior juices of each tender cut and forming a delicious, salty bark. Their signature Churrasco Experience allows guests to indulge in continuous table-side service of exquisitely grilled meats such as steak, lamb, pork and chicken.

The meats, served rodizio style, are controlled by a double-sided card to allow you to control the flow of meats, each of which are delicately carved at your table. A sumptuous selection of Brazilian hot side dishes are served directly at your table upon request to complement your meats, while the Market Table boasts an array of charcuterie and continental cheeses, seafood, fresh salads and vegetables to be enjoyed throughout your experience, inclusive of the price.
