What advice would you give someone playing the course for the first time?

Don't read too much into the greens and keep the ball in play off the tee.

What's been your favourite moment?

Last summer I was giving a lesson and made a hole in one at the 9th with an eight iron. Later on I went out again, and had another hole in one, again at the 9th, this time with a nine iron. This had never been done at St Anne's Old Links before.

Who would join you in your ideal four-ball?

Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and my grandad Vincent Naylor, who introduced me to the game when I was 15 years old.
