Rio Rita

The Rio Rita is a friendly family-run licensed establishment catering for families and couples (no stags or hens) situated close to Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, South Pier, shops and restaurants. We are a few minutes from Blackpool South mainline station and coach station. We offer good home-cooked food with a choice of breakfast menu and evening meals (optional). We are fully central heated, and all rooms are en suite with colour TV, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities. Iron and hairdryer available on request. We are a non-smoking establishment. We have a car park at the rear accommodating 6 cars, and more parking is available on the street. We open all year round, and offer midweek breaks at reduced rates.

Road Directions

From M55: Turn left at first roundabout after M55 ends and follow signs for Blackpool Airport. Pass airport on left and continue to the T-junction and turn right. Continue past the Pleasure Beach on right and take the 3rd road on right after the Pleasure Beach. Rio Rita Hotel is approximately two thirds of the way up Withnell Road.

Public Transport Directions

From Blackpool South railway station: Exit left onto Waterloo Road. Turn left at traffic lights onto Lytham Road, continue walking past NatWest Bank. At zebra crossing cross over to Station Road. Next road on the right is Withnell Road.
