Escorted cycling tours available on request. Patty's also boasts its own 3 acre fishing lake with carp up to 34lb. Black Knights Parachute centre located next to cottages. Golf, Quad biking, archery, clay pigeon shooting and microlighting close by. Lancaster, Morecambe, Preston and Blackpool all short distances away offering great entertainment. Something for all. Road Directions

From the M6, follow the A6 for Garstang/Glasson Dock/Fleetwood. Take the first right-hand turning signposted to Cockerham/Glasson Dock. Continue until the T-junction, then turn right again. At the next t-junction, turn right again. Then turn left into Hillam Lane. Pattys Farm Barn is at the very end of Hillam Lane.

The nearest train station is Lancaster which is only a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Visitor Information Centre, just outside the city centre. The station is on the West Coast Mainline with regular mainline Virgin services to London & South and Glasgow & North. Local services include a regular service to Morecambe.
