A warm, friendly guest house, where the guest is the highest priority. Food, attention, care and general facilities are provided in a warm atmosphere. With preference for the more mature age group, we also welcome families, as in grandparents and grandchildren, although there are no family rooms. The chef, who trained in the Grosvenor House, London, considers preparing meals as his pride and joy. We are situated close to the beach, the centre of town and many social clubs. Public transport is nearby and taxi service is good and reliable. We can book shows for you in the various theatres!

Road Directions
From jct 4 M55: Take the third exit off the roundabout, Preston New Road (A583) and continue all the way along this road, it will become Park Road. Turn left into Reads Avenue, and follow to T-junction. Turn right into Central Drive and take 2nd right into Hornby Road.
Public Transport Directions
From Blackpool North railway station: Walk down Talbot Road to the Promenade. Turn left and walk south along the Promenade until you reach New Bonny Street (Past the Tower, Coral Island is on the corner). Follow this street until the end. Turn right into Central Drive and the 2nd on the left is Hornby Road.
