Newstead Woods, Woolton, Liverpool is a brand new apartment complex, completed September 2008, containing luxury, high specification apartments. The property nestles peacefully in a mature woodland location, not visible from the main road and accessed by secure electric gates. The location is easily accessible by road, rail or air and is a convenient 10 minutes drive from Liverpool airport and only 20 minutes drive from the city centre. The apartment is perfectly situated in Woolton, walking distance to Woolton Village and Allerton Road which both provide an array of restaurants, wine bars and cinemas. Of importance to Beatles fans and tourists alike, the apartments are situated next door but one to the famous Strawberry Fields and just around the corner from “Mendips”, 251 Menlove Avenue and the childhood home of John Lennon. Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 to 6 guests in two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Both bathrooms are fully tiled, one with bath and shower over bath and the en-suite providing a shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with black granite worktop. Bedrooms – Fully furnished with mirror wardrobes, good quality bed linen and towels provided.

Road Directions

Situated 20 minutes south of the city centre. From the M62, continue on A5080/Bowring Park Drive, continue to follow the A5080, slight left at Bowring Park, slight left at Queens Drive, slight left at A5058/Queens Drive. Continue to follow A5058, go through 1 roundabout. At next roundabout take first exit onto A562 Menlove Avenue. Turn left at Vale Road, then second left into Hillview Gardens, follow road to electric gates at the very top of the hill.

Public Transport Directions

Hunts Cross Station is one mile south of Woolton, with local services on the Southern route of Manchester to Liverpool Line between Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Oxford Road, and also Merseyrail’s Northern Line to Liverpool Central and Southport. Liverpool South Parkway, one and a half miles to the west of Woolton, serves the same lines in addition to Crewe and Birmingham stopping services. Bus services provide connections with Liverpool John Lennon Airport, the city centre, neighbouring districts and the broader Liverpool area.
