International Inn

The International Inn is an award winning Hostel in the hub of Liverpool City Centre's Cultural quarter. Developed within a former Victorian Warehouse the hostel is cosmopolitan and has tremendous character, coupled with the latest facilities. There is accommodation for up to 100 people in dorms for 2,4,6,8 and 10 and the facilities include a TV lounge/games room, laundry, baggage store, full heating, internet access and information desk with details of all local attractions. Clean bedding is provided and there is no curfew. The hostel is open thoughout the year and there is a presence onsite 24 hours a day. Individual backpackers and groups are equally welcome. The hostel is literally in the heart of the city and less that a stones throw away from theatres, the city's two Cathedrals, the Phiharmonic Hall and the city's bustling bar and club scene. Our friendly staff will be able to point you in the direction of all the city's attractions and give advice on the best places to go. Breakfast, lunches and evening meals may be provided for groups. Road Directions

By Car From motorway (M62) take Edge Lane (A5047) to its full length At the end of Edge Lane, turn left and follow road around, bearing to the right along Irvine Street. At first lights turn left and continue as the road bears right. Take a left at the next lights and proceed alongside RC Cathedral onto Mount Pleasant, and continue. At traffic lights go straight across onto Hope Street. At next lights (by the Philharmonic) turn right onto Hardman Street. First right is South Hunter Street and the hostel is 20 yards down on right. Pay and display parking is available on the street.

Public Transport Directions

From Airport From Liverpool John Lennon Airport, take the public bus 80A, 86A or night bus 86N to the city centre. Ask the bus driver to let you off at the Philharmonic on Hardman St. Bus journey time is 30-40 mins. Walk 2 minutes down the hill of Hardman St until you come to the Flute pub on the corner of South Hunter Street. The International Inn is 20 yards along the right. Alternatively, a taxi fare would be between £12-£15.
