Situated at the northern end of Southport in the wide leafy residential streets, where peace and tranquility abound. A short stroll from the elegant, vivacious Lord Street and the beach, pier, Theatre and Convention Centre and many other attractions Southport has to offer. Accommodation is offered on the first and second floor, all rooms have bath/shower rooms, TV with freeview, free wifi internet, tea/coffee tray and a host of other thoughtful facilities. Over 60s discount available. Online booking and special offers on our website. Breakfasts are served at seperate tables in our delightful dining room. Our menu is outstanding. We have an arrangement with a fantastic local restaurant where our guests can enjoy evening meals at a discounted price. We have ample car parking and al ovely garden at the front of the house . Road Directions

From M6 Junction 26: Take 1st exit onto M58, then Junction 3 for Southport. 3rd exit off roundabout (A570). Follow A570 into Southport town centre. At T junction traffic lights, turn right. At roundabout take 2nd exit, then 3rd road on the left (Leyland Road). Take 2nd left (Avondale Road North). On the corner on the left is the Edendale Hotel.

Public Transport Directions

From Southport Station: Turn right out of station onto Chapel Street. At traffic lights by the YMCA, turn left, at roundabout take 3rd exit. Take 3rd road on the left (Leyland Road), 2nd road on left (Avondale Road North), hotel on the left hand corner.
