The property offers fantastic views across the River Mersey to the Liverpool waterfront and views towards the Victorian resort of New Brighton, with a promenade perfect for a walk or cycle. There are cycles to loan - no charge. The house was built by Captain Wright in 1897 as his retirement home. It is within easy walking distance of the Mersey Ferry Terminal and New Brighton. The location is also an ideal base for exploring Wirral’s other varied attractions and for venturing further afield. This property features two luxury bedrooms each with televison, one with king-size bed and one twin, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with television, modern bathroom, a dining room with cd player, a large well appointed lounge with 42" TV, video, DVD player and balcony with great views over the River Mersey to Liverpool, as well as a garden and patio on which to make the most of it. There is also free Wi-fi. Prices below are per week but short breaks are available from £30 per person, per night. From the M53 take the signs for All Docks and then Seacombe Ferry/Spaceport/Aquarium Then follow signs for New Brighton. Tobin Street is 200 yds past Town Hall on the right. Apartment is at the bottom of Tobin Street on the left. If approaching via the Mersey Tunnel (Wallasey) take the very first exit, left at the roundabout down the hill and left at traffic lights follow the Dock road to Seacombe Ferry /Spaceport/Aquarium then follow signs to New Brighton as above.
