A fine detached Victorian house offering spacious self contained 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with a 2 bedroom ground floor accommodation. There are also 3 houses with 2,3 and 4 bedrooms. All the letting accommodation has bath and shower. Beds are twin, double, king or super-king size with sleeping from 1 to 8 persons. All the accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area close to the promenade, Ocean Plaza, Lord Street and golf courses. Two apartments have been awarded 3 stars and one apartment has been awarded 4 stars on the Visit Britain official grading. The apartments have full central heating and the fire authority Gold Sleep Safe award for fire detection and sprinkler system. They are exceptionally clean and very well furnished and comfortable. Bed linen, hand, shower tea towels, bath mats, iron & board, hair dryer and toiletries are provided. All have T.V. music system, video & DVD. The fully fitted kitchens include all utensils, cutlry, crockery, glassware, toaster, cafetiere, microwave, gas or electric cooker, some with dishwasher. A laundry room is available. Forecourt car parking and garden area to front of the house. The house trades all year and is ideal for holiday, golfing or business use where that "come and go as you please" situation is a real benefit.
