What’s Cooking bar and restaurant, located in the Grade 1 listed Queen Elizabeth Hall on the Albert Dock over looking Liverpool's Three Graces. Taste of Merseyside Quality Assured Accreditation 2009, 2010, 2011 Multi Award winning restaurant Serving great food since 1978.

Although famous for burgers, steaks and ribs, What’s Cooking also serve a great selection of popular dishes from around the world.

An ideal restaurant for entertaining friends, family, clients and staff or simply a special evening.

We continue to support our local butchers, farmers & bakers to provide the finest & freshest daily produce available from sustainable sources.

Relaxed dining with an Al Fresco courtyard, overlooking the Wirral Estuary.

The restaurant is available for private hire and can provide bespoke food and drink packages to suit everytaste and budget. Day delegate packages are also available upon request.

A relaxed atmosphere in an excellent location, conveniently situated opposite the Echo Arena and Convention Centre and within walking distance of the city centre.
