Hickory's Smokehouse

Hickory's Smokehouse in West Kirby is an authentic American BBQ restaurant right here in Wirral. You can enjoy a traditional style of cooking that has its roots in the US but which we love to recreate here. We use specially imported smoker ovens to slow cook our meats until packed with flavour and fall off the bone tender. We’ve got authentic American popcorn, the hottest buffalo wings you’ve ever tasted, slowly cooked ribs, authentic American desserts and a delicious weekend brunch. From the bar you can enjoy Brooklyn lager served in a frozen glass and for the kids a great selection of milkshakes.



We are a family focused restaurant and the children have their own menu, secret garden and cinema!



We are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are now taking bookings.....
