Inspired by the elegant charm of a classic Italian ristorante with a contemporary buzz and a modern, stylish interior, GUSTO brings the true "taste and enjoyment" of Italy to it's Guests.

We pride ourselves on the basic philosophy of provenance. To us this means sourcing responsibly, seeking out suppliers who use traditional, sustainable and natural methods of husbandry to provide the best and freshest produce available. The menu focuses on freshly prepared classic and contemporary Italian dishes featuring an excellent range of pizza, pasta, seafood and meats.

Gusto was awarded 'Outstanding Young Person of the Year 2013' for Layla Jayne Wake.

GUSTO Heswall is situated on the main street of the busy, bustling "top" village, sitting along side a wide variety of shops and just a short stroll from the quieter and quaint lower village.

The restaurant and bar has a fabulous sun terrace on which to dine or simply sip a chilled beer to end the day, whilst the interior is truly magical, made really special by the 200 year old olive trees growing down the centre of the restaurant.
