Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms

Moor Hall is a stunning grade II* listed building that is steeped in history dating back to the thirteenth century. It was first recorded in 1282 and the present manor house was built in 1533. 

The award-winning Restaurant holds two Michelin stars and five AA Rosettes, and was voted 'Restaurant of the Year' for the second time at the Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards 2021. Set within Moor Hall's five acre landscape yet within easy reach of Liverpool & Manchester, the glass fronted Restaurant enjoys views out to the lake. Talented Chef Patron Mark Birchall creates delicate, produce driven menus inspired by the exceptional surroundings.

Mark Birchall's neighbourhood restaurant The Barn is located within the grounds of Moor Hall. Lovingly restored, The Barn offers a beautiful setting paired with great menus and excellent service. The Barn was awarded 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate accreditation for 2020. Enjoy seasonal dishes made with quality ingredients.

Moor Hall has seven luxurious guest bedrooms, each one unique. Five are located in the main Hall with a further two in the gatehouse by the lake. Each of the bedrooms within the Hall has a wonderful view of the lake or gardens.
